GATOR-STRONG-webWhat you see below is the ever-growing list of personal fitness goals that I have set for myself – They are the “Gator Strong Challenges”. They are in no particular order and the list will continue to grow as I think of new goals I would like to accomplish. I will mark each Victory with the date is was accomplished.

  1. Get weight below 230 lbs – 3/21/2013
  2. Get weight below 220 lbs – 4/18/2013
  3. Get weight below 210 lbs – 5/19/2013
  4. Get weight below 200 lbs “One-derland!”
  5. Get weight below 190 lbs
  6. Get weight below 180 lbs
  7. Get weight below 170 lbs
  8. Fit into size 32″ waist jeans (comfortably)
  9. Fit into size Large scrubs at work (comfortably)
  10. Fit into size Large shirts (comfortably)
  11. Run an officially timed 5K without walking – 04/06/2013
  12. Run an officially timed 5K in under 30 minutes
  13. Run an officially timed 5K in under 25 minutes
  14. Complete a Sprint Triathlon
  15. Complete a Half Marathon – Preferably at Disney
  16. Run an officially timed 10K without walking
  17. Run an officially timed 15K without walking
  18. Run the Double Bridge Run in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze
  19. Get lean enough to see defined abs
  20. Complete a round of Insanity without skipping any days
  21. Complete a round of P90X without skipping any days
  22. Complete a round of P90X2 without skipping any days
  23. Complete a round of P90X3 without skipping any days
  24. Complete a round of Focus T25 without skipping any days
  25. Do 10 consecutive pull-ups
  26. Do 20 consecutive pull-ups
  27. Do 30 consecutive pull-ups
  28. Run 1 mile in under 7 minutes
  29. Cycle a Century – Bike 100 miles
  30. Do 100 consecutive pushups
