- Get weight below 220 lbs – 4/18/2013
- Get weight below 210 lbs – 5/19/2013
- Get weight below 200 lbs “One-derland!”
- Get weight below 190 lbs
- Get weight below 180 lbs
- Get weight below 170 lbs
- Fit into size 32″ waist jeans (comfortably)
- Fit into size Large scrubs at work (comfortably)
- Fit into size Large shirts (comfortably)
- Run an officially timed 5K without walking – 04/06/2013
- Run an officially timed 5K in under 30 minutes
- Run an officially timed 5K in under 25 minutes
- Complete a Sprint Triathlon
- Complete a Half Marathon – Preferably at Disney
- Run an officially timed 10K without walking
- Run an officially timed 15K without walking
- Run the Double Bridge Run in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze
- Get lean enough to see defined abs
- Complete a round of Insanity without skipping any days
- Complete a round of P90X without skipping any days
- Complete a round of P90X2 without skipping any days
- Complete a round of P90X3 without skipping any days
- Complete a round of Focus T25 without skipping any days
- Do 10 consecutive pull-ups
- Do 20 consecutive pull-ups
- Do 30 consecutive pull-ups
- Run 1 mile in under 7 minutes
- Cycle a Century – Bike 100 miles
- Do 100 consecutive pushups
